any good directories?
I think a lot of other directories scrape it, to get their own directories filled. So in essence getting accepted to DMOZ can get you a lot more than one back link. I've submitted numerous sites but none have ever made it :(

Experienced staff at admin community
Long story short, I need some help building and promoting this community. Compensation will be in the form of free hosting for you (cPanel), or a split of any profits the site makes. The site really isn't earning much currently, we had one good day via Adsense and that's about it so far. Current staff hasn't been able to perform up to standards, they're posting poems and love story's in the blogs for petes sake, touching but not what I'm looking for. despite being given every opportunity and tool to do so, if you accept the position and require something just ask I'll do anything I can to accommodate my staff. Site: Admincommunity.com - Ready for Development Niche: Webmaster/Admins for online management Duties: To create topics that invoke discussion in the community. Help promote outside of Admin Community to other people you may feel are interested. Be active in the community by logging in once per day or every other day to help stimulate growth. I'm extremely easy to please, I know the forum isn't the most active thing in the world but my current staff fails at just about every aspect of this, I've tried to explain what I'm looking for with them, and most don't login for days/weeks at a time.

Build tutorials or screen captures
Anyone build tutorials or screen captures to demonstrate features of your forum for new users to get acquainted faster, or to share on 3rd party sites? I'm currently under going such a project, using adobe captivate (lovely btw) but only have about 28 days to finish it (not paying $700 for screen capture software :D), and just trying to ee what other people may have done for this solution.

Bounce rates
How many of you guys watch your bounce rates, and what do you think to be an acceptable level of bounce rate

Google Caffeine
I'm not sure they'll drop the page or site, as much as not give it any sort of extra ranking. Google is in the data collection business, and dropping sites and information from their index wouldn't be beneficial to them. I remember when I proposed this idea back in early 2009 that page load speeds, and bounce rates will start to effect rankings and was pretty much laughed at though :D. Also, don't bust out your stop watch, simply sign up for Google Webmaster Tools, verify your domain, and give it a few days and you'll be able to see the Time Spent Downloading (in milliseconds) from the crawl stats. My math maybe off :D but anything higher than 3,000 to 5,000 milliseconds is probably trouble. Currently my IPB forum is averaging a super low download time. I can't tell you the exact numbers on it because the previous owner had it on a horrible host that had over 12 second download times, since then though I'm estimating this graph to be showing about a 1,000 millisecond time frame for downloading.
