I'm looking for some general seo advice...how do I create backlinks without posting in forums? how do I increase my PR? (well I dont have one right now because my site is new)...any advice from successful website owners would be great...thanks!

First thing to do is submit to a few directories. Find other arcade sites and trade links with them. It takes time for a site to get popular. You have to work hard at it.

I'm a newbie at this as well and a new business owner. I am trying to get a few tips and some advice. I wouldsuggest using google adwords as well as submitting to directories and maybe cross promoting using facebook, twitter, digg etc...

 

What I have been doing personally is I used http://www.forumseohelp.com which is an awesome service for a veryreasonable price. It'shelps boost my site views a LOT and I've learned a little bit in the process.. Try it out but in the meantime the easiest things are what I said above. Hope this helps some!!
