When I tried this tool the first time, what came to my mind are those folks who always complained that Facebook and Twitter are nothing but a waste of time.

I’m inclined to believe that these people (actually all of us) spend a lot of time wading through the sea of content on facebook and twitter and yes, spend a lot of time i searching for the right content.

Utopic fits here. Its a nice mashup tool that rearranges all your friends shared content in to a nice readable format by grading them on the base of popularity. Now, I don’t know how different this is compared to facebook’s default popularity algorithm that rearranges content on your homepage, but Utopic does a neat job by putting it all in a nice grid format, so you can skim through them effortlessly and read only the one’s you like.

According to the author of the tool,

A very interesting concept. As a matter of fact, I found some interesting content which wasn’t found on my facebook dashboard.
